TIPA with Mosaic Pellets, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic Incognito®, and Mosaic Quantum Brite
We brewed this one with just about every Mosaic product to express the depth and intensity of one of our favorite varieties! In addition to the usual pellets and Cryo, Incognito (supercritical CO2-extracted liquid added to the tank), and Mosaic Hyperboost (Oil-Enriched Extract)! It's the most intense expression of Mosaic we've ever created!

Standard haze. Modest but fresh juicy aroma. Vivid expression of Mosaic's dank berry character. For such a big beer, it lands softly with a low res finish that makes you want to drink more. Prefer my single-hops at a lower strength, where I can taste the hop's contributions more clearly. But this is one 10-percenter that makes me keep an open mind.
