Pale Ale with Yarrow
This small-batch pale ale is a delicate blend of tradition and terroir. Lightly hopped to let the subtleties shine, Audrey's Garden features hand-harvested yarrow grown by our co-founder Mike’s wife, Audrey, in their backyard. The herb lends a soft floral complexity and earthy bitterness that harken back to pre-hop brewing traditions. A refreshing, contemplative sipper that celebrates the beauty of homegrown flavor.

T: Herbal lemongrass flavor, light floral bitterness, a little flour like pale malt.
F: Light-medium body, medium carbonation, soft feel with a minor edgy finish.
O: Pale Ale base with prominent herbal flavor, interesting, bright and refreshing.
