IPA with Pineapple, Coconut, and Vanilla Beans
Our sorbet series combines hoppy beers with fruit and vanilla, the parfait series adds flaked untoasted coconut! Richer,
coconut-creamier, but still bright and drinkable. This installment
showcases pineapple juice which creates a tropical vibe with the underlying blend of American and New Zealand hops. As usual a milkshake without dairy!

I don't know what they were trying to do with this beer. I suppose I COULD get some pineapple and coconut out of it.... once I get over it tasting like a moderately hoppy IPA. They just... didn't make a good beer.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy, straw colored pour, abundant white foamy head fades slowly. Aroma brings Coconut first, with a hint of pineapple. Pineapple emerges more dominant in the taste, a nice hit of zesty citrus, followed by some creamy coconut. Nice, but doesn't really come full circle for me. I feel some banana would make this brew better.

Draft pour into a stemless wine glass at the brewery.

L: Hazy opaque pale-yellow pour, 1/4” white head fades to a thin ring.
S: Vanilla and citrus, creamsicle-ish.
T: Juicy orange and vanilla cream flavors, some stone fruit coming out later in the glass, hints of pale malt, sweetness is higher than the mild bitterness.
F: High carbonation, prickly and crisp over a creamy and fairly full body.
O: Easy summer drinker, smooth and fruity with subtle vanilla.
