DIPA with Citra® Pellets, Citra Cryo®, Citra Frozen Fresh Hop Cryo, Citra 701, Citra 702
The beer that started our "Acronym" series is back! In addition to the usual pellets and Cryo, that also included Citra 301 (essentially fresh green hops run through the Cryo process), Incognito (supercritical CO2-extracted liquid added to the whirlpool), and Hyperboost (steam-extracted liquid added right before canning)! It's the most intense expression of Citra we've ever created!
