Hazy IPA DDH with Galaxy, Talus, Citra Cryo, and Citra Quantum Brite
Usually we aim to balance our beers, playing sweetness against bitterness, fruity against dank… this one is all about pushing the fruity expression of the hops! It combines 2024-harvest Galaxy fruitiness along with its best friend Citra. The fruitiness is intensified by Talus’s aromatics of that remind of of floral citrus and ripe stonefruit! Topped off with hop aromatics extracted from our selected Citra!

16 ounce can poured into a Willi Becher.
L: Opaque haze pale-straw, one white head, creamy foam is lasting and leaves lace.
S: Juicy grapefruit and tangerine, stone fruit coming later.
T: Citrus hop forward, moderate peel bitterness is held in check by low stone fruit sweetness.
M: Medium-full body, medium carbonation, soft feel with a bit of prickle.
O: Only mildly bitter, more focused on sharper citrus hops than juicy sweetness, nice.
