Batch 2, Bottle Release 5/3/25
This Triple IPA spent four months aging in Añejo Tequila barrels, providing pleasant citrus and vanilla notes. After emerging, we dry hopped with limey New Zealand Motueka hops along with fresh lime zest and just a hint of salt. That late addition of hops will make this drink (and age) like a traditional IPA, so store it cold and drink it fresh!
