A Sapwood smoothie sour... what a time to be alive! Inspired by Strawberry Daiquiri, we loaded this batch with strawberry puree, Strawberry Dole Whip, fresh lime zest, and rum flavoring. It's sweet with a thick texture from all of the puree and soft serve, with the lime cutting through the sweetness! Roll the can before opening to ensure an even texture in the glass!

Murky orange-ish brown. Nice strawberry aroma and flavor with light lime character; not getting much of the rum flavoring. Nice fruit/tart balance. Medium bodied tropical fruit drink/smoothie.
