Nut Brown Ale with Toasted Pecans and Maple.
Only the Trees Remember was our Maple-Pecan Imperial Stout. We took the same ingredients, and add them to our English Brown Ale! We toasted the pecans ourselves in our kitchen's giant convection ovens to really bring out their toasty-nutty-rich aroma. Then finished it with a little maple to add sweetness and caramel notes. A perfect beer for those cold nights when you don't want something too big.

On draught at the brewery.
A cloudy brown ale, with a tan head and a little lacing.
Pleasant caramelized malt flavor, a little cider-like in body, appearance and flavor. The toasted nuts go well with the beer style, and add to the complexity of flavors. The fall spices are enjoyable. Faint chocolate, cocoa, maple.
An interesting beer, that would be very enjoyable during the holidays.
