TIPA with Simcoe® Pellets, Simcoe Cryo®, Simcoe Incognito®, and Simcoe Quantum Brite®
Can Release 9/5/25 - $23/4-pack
We brewed this one with just about every Simcoe product to express the depth and intensity of one of our favorite varieties! In addition to the usual pellets and Cryo, Incognito (supercritical CO2-extracted liquid added to the tank), and Simcoe Quantum Brite (Hop Oils)! It's the most intensely mango-pine-orange expression of Simcoe we've ever created!

Hazed lemonade. Big tropical fruity hop aroma and flavor with warming alcohol notes. Good balance with little to no bitterness. Medium bodied with a juicy warm finish.

16oz can from Tavour. Murky, hazy straw colored pour, persistent layer of off-white creamy head, sticky lacing. Aroma is hoppy, strong, light citrus, stone fruit. Taste starts with a tangy nip, zesty, grapefruit, creamy feel and a pleasant burn all the way down.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
