This weaving in our Dragon series is our first with New Zealand Rakau. It's still dank-licious, but gains fruity-complexity from hop-driven apricot and mango to go with the gooseberry and blueberry of the original! As always the rye contributes a pepper flavor and a fuller-richer body.
