Hazy IPA DDH with Krush® and Simcoe® Cryo®
Krush is one of those hops that can almost taste "artificial." It's so tropical that it can smell like there is fruit flavoring in there. We added Simcoe Cryo as a foil, providing a balancing pine-sap aroma and mango-complexity. It's all built on a base of barely, wheat, and oats for a creamy backdrop for the hops to show off!
