Other brewers often ask us how much we reduce our hopping rate when we add new advanced hop product... the truth is we don't! Our friends at Yakima Chief Hops sent us a new hop oil code named 803, about 200X the concentration of traditional Simcoe pellets! So we did our thing: combined it with our standard rate of Simcoe pellets and Simcoe Cryo... plus some Riwaka "funk" to balance all that Simcoe tropical-pine-saturation.
