Our friends at Cinnaholic froze their "day-old" unsold cinnamon rolls for a couple weeks. We loaded up the mash for this barleywine with several hundred of them. We bolstered their flavor with more vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks, and caramel in the finished barleywine! We also found out day-old cinnamon rolls are still pretty delicious.
