We fermented this beer from 60% wine-barrel-aged beer with 40% free-run juice from 2025 Chambourcin wine grapes from Old Westminster Winery (Westminster, MD). The juice imparts a lustrous magenta hue and a wonderful fresh-bright fresh red fruit character (they suggest cherry, plum, and pomegranate.
