At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a pint glass. From The Roundhouse Centre LCBO on Howard Ave. in nearby Windsor. Canned August 22/25. My 4th beer from the Ottawa, Ontario brewery, and for 2025. Wondrously admired by Gracie the cat...

473ml can served cold into a trappist goblet. LCBO purchase for about $8 CDN.
Appearance - Super hazy, muddy pumpkin colored brew, foamy and thick with chunks of puree. Half finger of orange-brown head on top that slowly recedes leaving some thick and chunky bubbles.
Smell - Wood, pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg right off the bat. There is a funky tartness on the nose, that indicates this is a sour beer. Brown sugar and other fall aromas. The pumpkin, vanilla nd nutmeg and cinnamon combo is really quite good and intense.
Taste - Sweet with brown sugar then wood and sourness, followed by brown sugar and nutmeg and cinnamon. Pumpkin kicks in then vanilla and back to the brown sugar. Hard to describe but it's a constantly rotating cast of disparate flavors. Wheat malt backbone kicks in after a few sips.
Mouthfeel - Full bodied, lower than average carbonation, smooth, chunky and very much smoothie like.
Overall - This brew is all over the place, but in the end, I enjoyed it way more than I thought I would. The contrast between sour and sweet, earthy and spiced, with vanilla and wood interlaced, led to a very good drinking experience. Would highly recommend for anyone who can find it.
