Clear dark orange brew with plenty of foam in the tumbler. Brewed with cold smoked malted barley. Pleasant sudsy and beery mouthfeel. Warm and malty to start. I wouldn’t call it a smokey flavor exactly, it’s more resins and piney with a charred note. Quite bitter aftertaste is the main flaw. An interesting beer with a different flavor and worth trying. From the 440 ml can purchased at Stockmann’s in Helsinki.
