16oz can served in a big snifter. Dated 12/28/20. Bought it yesterday at Full Throttle Bottles.
Pours a hazy pale yellow with a big fluffy head that collapses slowly and leaves thick lacing and a thin cap. Smell is muted, slightly tropical, more pith or unripe tropical fruit.
Taste is bitter with lots of unfamiliar flavor. There's a green bitterness, something slightly apple-y, maybe a bit of bitter melon, there's also a creaminess to it. I like it a lot, but it's really unfamiliar.
Mouthfeel is very dry, light, fluffy. Overall, this is really interesting and I'm enjoying it a lot.
