Dry Hopped Saison with Saaz and Hallertau Blanc hops. Dry, drinkable Belgian style Saison.

Picked up a single from the Blue Door Bottleshop in Hendersonville 10-26-22 for $5.75. No canning date; consumed 3-1-23.
Beer poured gold with a nice white head white the original pour.
Nose is herbal with a touch of citrus.
Taste is a lighter malt base that is infused with a yeast strain that lends herbal notes and some citrus. Finishes with a bright lemon and kiwi finish with no trace of sweetness or bitterness.
Mouthfeel is a tad heavy for the style and comes across very smooth as opposed to effervescent.
Overall i love the flavor profile, definitely will be game to try more Belgian styles from the brewing team in the future!

Appearance: cloudy, straw gold. Fluffy white head with moderate retention.
Aroma: yeasty aromas,
Flavor: spicy, yeasty, herbal, low bitterness.
Mouth feel: light bodied, drying, moderate carbonation.
Overall: very good. Has some yeast aroma most other Saisons I've had that are different. Hallertau Blanc hops leave a spicy herbal aroma and flavor. Moderate to high carbonation. Typical funky Saison. First one from this brewery. I'd like to try some other Saisons from GW.
