Made with German malt, and yeast, Czech hops, flaked rice and plantains. A love and enthusiasm for my Puerto Rican heritage. A collaboration with our friends from St. Louis, Little Lager.

Look: clear, brilliant gold, fluffy white head with excellent rentention.
Smell: Grainy and bready.
Flavor: grainy at the start. Moderate bitterness at the end. Drying.
Feel: medium bodied. Crisp and dry. High carbonation.
Overall: Good looking beer in a pilsner. Not a lot of aroma but grainy and breadiness comes through. Starts grainy. Don't expect banana flavors, the plantains don't seem to add that, and ends bitter. Clean and dry start to finish. High, effervescent carbonation.
