This Helles lager came out to me with about a two finger thick head, oddly hazy, and had a light golden color to the body.
The aromas were not too far off. I detected fresh mown hay, very malty.
The taste was odd too. I detected hefeweizen like qualities of light bubble gum flavors.
Overall this is an okay brew; however, I wouldn't classify this as a Helles, but perhaps an Export.
