Ölsch by Woinember is a light bodied brew, and is only available as a seasonal. I was told by the waitress they cannot call it Kölsch due to its name is already in use.
This is a Kölsch, which is a style not a brand, and is supposed to be only brewed in Cologne, Germany. Hence this brewery calls it Ölsch.
Again, this is light in body, and is golden in color and quite clear. There wasnt much head presentation, but a fine lacing that stuck to the glass. There were slight grassy nodes in aroma and husky in flavor.
Overall it wasnt too bad, but is only served here in small 200cl glasses.
