A: This beer was served to me in a 0.5L stein, which had a very thick 1/2 finger white head. The beer itself was very cloudy today with a orange-yellow color to it just reminded me of orange juice, probably due to the yeast. Normally when I have had this beer out of a bottle, it is was more translucent.
S: One of my favor parts of this beer is that it gives off a sweet banana like smell.
T/M: Like before it had the sweetness from the wheat and malts, but today it had I also noticed a bit of sourness from the over abundants of yeast that was in it. Other then that it was med-bodied,med-carbonated and crisp.
D: Very drinkable beer that makes your mouth water for another stein.

Well, I rode my bike to fill up my growler with some Maerzen, but realized I got hefe weizen when I got home. None the less, I wasn't upset at all.
Though I didn't drink this from a weizen glass, but a stein instead, the presentation was great indeed. The head was pleantiful and brilliant white, while the body was a hazy golden orange in color.
Aromas were fragrant with banana and bubble gum infused.
The taste was a little sweet orange like, with a hint of banana.
This is one of the better home grown hefe weizens I've had, and I'd recommend this brew to anyone.
