At first pour it appears only mildly foggy pale orange with a lumpy off-white head of moderate height. However, the final pour unleashes a barrage of apricot pulp and culture sediment that chunks up the glass in spades, so much so that it requires a second glass for quarantining. I'm guessing I may have gotten a last run bottle, but this did not damage the rest of the experience.
A prickly and zippy tartness expresses very floral, even botanical apricot that's both mature and juicy at the same time, contributing a saliva-inducing sweetness balanced by a drying oak thread. Any funk or acid characteristics defer to the brighter flavors up front and throughout, though with time, hints of barnyard and brie wisp in and out.
Very well done.
