This pepto pink brew has a short, soft white head and delivers tart raspberry with a mitigating cranberry bitterness that works well here.
The medium firm but soft carbonation finishes semi-dry, and just perfectly tart, as lemon accents the very mild presence of shortbread malt.
When I first had this, it was a total summer crusher. Having a fresh can in December of 2020, I find it to be more herbal and floral of cranberry, pairing quite well with Christmas dinner.
