This dry-hopped, black currant variant of their Berliner displays a mesmerizing neon fuchsia with a cotton candy pink fluff on top that fades to a bubbly blanket.
Smell is fairly classic sour Berliner with an addition of full on sticky berries, notes of cracker, and cherry chapstick.
Tangy and tanniny up front, a slightly crisp fizz delivers and abundance of tart popping raspberry and black currant skin flavors with a semi-dry tingly chewy swallow.
There are a couple of breweries in the twig and two berries of America that are getting hyped out the ass for doing what they've achieved here. Just sayin'.
Having another batch of this in 2019, it's even more dialed in and delicious!
