This "Farmhouse IPA" is opaque yellow with a white film leaving stalactite lace all over.
Notes of pear dance beside some mild brett that brings out a light grassy hop with unexpected hints of vanilla shake in a divinely moderate body with a perfectly moderate, lifting froth, finishing semi-dry.
This is a delicious combo between legit farmhouse and NE IPA with a unique complexity that is hard to describe.
