Foggy clear pale gold with a soft white film.
This delivers smooth, soft wheat and Hefe-like notes of phenolic clove and anise spices that are nicely moderate and not overbearing, all via a medium round body with a fillingly soft carbonation finishing semi-wet.
Jovaru was my first Raw Ale, and it was a pleasant experience.
