Sabtos's review from 2019 is still 100% accurate. I'll add to it.
Poured into my trusty pint glass. The head is amazing. I can barely smell the hops over the lagered barley. It's buttery smooth, and the prickly carbonation is refreshing. Mineral character (calcium carbonate+sulfate) is perceived more as a roundness and fullness of flavor, and a dry, flinty sharpness in the finish rather than overt mineral flavors. Normally you'd serve a Helles at 40-45 degrees, but I'd say try it ice cold first and see if you like it.

Clear barely sparkling reflective burnt amber-gold with a persistent, thick off-white blanket.
Toasty malt and semi-sweet Corn Pops come with a hint of herb via the smooth, slick lightly effervescent body finishing semi-wet yet crisp and spicy on the swallow.
