Hazy burnt yellow with a persistent fluffy white head settling to a thin film and curled ridges leaving spotty lace.
Herbal, mildly funky and phenolic, the full frothy body finishes semi-dry and features measured brett for the most part. Juniper may be adding some bitterness, but I'm not getting that unique punch I wanted from the rosemary.
