This version is understandably hazier, with a yellower hue and a minimal off-white head that has no retention.
On draft, taste up front is almost like peach rings, but more mature and backed by a strongly oaky sourness accented by lemony oregano. Tingly and crisp, the semi-dry finish brings with it apple and a little peppery sting. It's just perfectly sour.
Out of the bottle, it tasted a touch more sour, but without the actual acidity, giving off an intriguing pickled pineapple sort of flavor.
