Foggy pale amber with a creamy khaki head curling at the raised collar.
A welcome, classic leaning IPA, this brings a sharp bitter bite that's dank and sticky, and even a little boozy like triple sec, coming to a powder dry finish. The piney hops are almost woody here, with accents of grapefruit, but the expandingly frothy, medium-full body gives this beer a unique feel these flavors don't often come with.
---
I'm leaving the above review for posterity, but this beer has seen a marked transition into full on hazy NEIPA territory, now appearing as opaque maize with a tall off-white head.
It also now features a tropically juicy base, though still balanced by a pleasantly cleansing assertiveness that's very slightly resinous after hints of orange bubblegum.
I originally rated this a 4.04, but find it executing a more clear vision now and think a little more of it at the moment.
