Very pale foggy white gold, even fading to faint shades of seafoam green, with a thin bright white head.

Very funky seaweed, asparagus and ditch water is accented by minty tea with a hint of lemon

The crisp, medium body comes to a paper dry finish.

I'm not sure what the intent was the first go around, but in 2021 this has transitioned into more of a wheat ale, much like a light hefe or summer wheat with a mild spice presence. In other words, it's now quite quaffable and inoffensive. Its appearance has also changed to a foggy straw yellow with a thick, puffy white head.

Their Untappd descriptions are of no help, and they are often duplicates, but in unique enough ways that it's hard to tell whether or not they were one-off kegs of different styles or variations. Worse still, their own on-site board makes light of the whole concept of styles and consistency with past iterations, so I'm keeping my original review above, but increasing my score from my original 3.17.
