The body displays as a clear golden sheen with a moderate white foam that collapses to a bubbly then thin uneven film surrounded by a microbubbled doily collar. This is a beautiful beer.
I was expecting this "light" lager to be forgettable, but it's a crispy boy home run.
Crisp indeed, it's got an herbally delicious bitter bite. The malt brings a mild touch of toast and sweet corn, which is accented by white grape before finishing just dry and overall bitter, emulating allium and romaine heart.
Its medium yet pleasantly soft body comes close to having a filling but definitely fulfilling feel.

As a follow-up, having this next to a Noble Beast Vienna lager, an admittedly entirely different style, I find they both elevate each other in highlighting the fact that there are no off-notes in either, but here in Telegrams I'm absolutely floored at just how citrusy its hops have revealed themselves to be by being contrasted with the maltier amber of the Beast. What a treat.
