Lightly foggy amber-orange with a short but persistent creamy off-white head settling to a thin ring.
Sharply sour, oaky and a little acetic, expressing orange and grapefruit paired with a little lactic cheesiness that isn't enough to tamp down the acidity. The just dry finish is a little spicy with a faint brett funk.
