Foggy straw gold with a thick fluffy meringue head from the side pull, retaining as a creamy blanket with a curled collar leaving matted lacing on the beveled mug.
A delicate yeast and malt showcase, hints of herbal juniper accent soft touches of toasty cornbread and mild phenols before a whisper of aged hops and rinds come out on the exhale.
It's like a more delicate and complex Blue Moon, but that just doesn't do it justice, and shouldn't be construed as a slight. It's not as spiced or bold, instead exhibiting a pleasantly herbal and rindy bitterness, as well as a very subtle malt touch through a super crushable medium-light body that's softly slick and finishes semi-dry.
