Most succinctly, this is like a tart, toasty mushroom root beer.
Just before the earthy soil exhale, the smooth but slick medium body exhibits notes of tobacco and molasses, and before that is tart crabapple. It's just totally off the wall.
I don't know. I love that they do these experiments, but some of them are pretty perplexing.
