Clear copper with a puffy khaki head. It's beautiful in their dimpled mug.
This is closer to a Vienna for me, with a chestnutty yet fruity tang, kind of like amaretto, but still with a little leafy quality in the semi-dry finish.
It's good, but I set a ridiculously high bar after the stellar performance that Faustbier had. So it goes without saying that it's an easy choice for me, though both are worthy for the season, to pick their festbier over their maerzen.
