Fully opaque magenta with a dense pink head.
This starts not unlike a zippy and effervescent ginger ale, while its uniquely earthy beet character slowly and gently emerges to subtly round out and even thicken the body at first. But then the most expressive beet I've had in beer begins to bloom its delicately earthy qualities, and it becomes an absolutely delicious combination that works very well together.
