Foggy burnt maize with a thin, slanted khaki head.
Its effervescence is pretty crisp, amplified by a fairly punchy acidity that brings plenty of peach but also a sort of toasty bright oak chip before a little lactic quality very far in the background.
A touch of dunked crackery malt comes up in time, but overall the acid is a little too high for me.
