Foggy dark garnet with an off-white to pink head of level foam that's moderately short.
Slightly less acidic yet more effervescent than pêche, its super lifting fizziness brings up notes of shortbread biscuit before exerting sour cherry with hints of classic krieky spices.
Refreshing for the style, though it still becomes difficult to finish the full bottle towards the end.
