Like their red IPA I had the previous day, this is well balanced between citrusy yet piney hops and satisfying malts which here bring cocoa, tobacco and a hint of almost smoky porter roast, but measured. Over time, a faint peanutty wisp emerges.

Carbonation has really been an unsung achievement at Noble Creature this year, with this yet again exhibiting a finely soft carbonation that gently fills the medium body before a semi-dry finish.

Drank one last night thinking I'd had it before, and on night two, the second can on a fresh palate is just as good as the first. Quenching yet assertive, it's totally chuggable.
