Hazy burnt yellow with a lumpy, moderately short off-white head.
Light but also prickly, I'm getting limey, almost botanical notes. This is really refreshing, but also balanced by a delicate minerality.
Super unique and very low in acid relative to a number of their other wilds, I'm loving what may be a subtle brett herbality here.
An absolute chugger.
