Clear golden-amber with a tall, airy, off-white foam head.
Straw, dried corn, stream water and white wheat are countered by a little grassy bite that's just shy of allium. The swallow brings a touch of toastiness that comes a few steps short of amber characteristics, allowing it to be refreshing yet still somehow plenty malty in its own way.
An airy crispness comes to a tingly, semi-dry finish. The bitterness can at times be impressively bold of copper, in some kind of unusually, barely there presence, while also being substantially malty enough to counter, all while remaining mild overall.
