This Bier has a dull mahogany/brown color, is naturally cloudy, and has a zillion minute bubbles heading top-side. Head is beige, about 2", and lasts quite well, with fair lacing. Looks pretty good! Nose is big on clove; real big! Also is a bit chocolately. Body is somewhat less than medium, and all those bubbles do make it a touch rough on the tongue. Flavor has loads of clove as well, along with wheaty, yeasty and banana notes. Fairly decent Bier, but not close to being an upper-tier offering. Prosit!!
