Was lucky enough to get this one and a bunch of other good stuff from Sam. Was looking forward to this because pretty much anything I have with raspberry in it I love. Untappd description was basic in a “Smoothie sour with Raspberries.”
Poured a light-to-medium amber semi-hazy color with three fingers of frothy off-white head. Could see a few bubbles creeping up along the sides of the glass. Average foggy lacing. World-class foamy lacing. (Sight - 4.00)
Smelled raspberry, raspberry jam, raspberry puree, and hints of strawberry and blackberry. Not as good from the can. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted almost as good as the nose, but not quite. In order got raspberry, raspberry jelly, raspberry puree, hints of strawberry and blackberry, vanilla and a touch of guava. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average-to-lively carbonation. Long finish. (Feel - 4.25)
Just a lovely fruited sour. (Overall - 4.25)
