Light cloudy amber, half inch head with nice amount of lacing.
A refreshing APA with all elements of malt, hop, floral and mango.

First of all, this is a good story of a Greek immigrant in Australia starting a micro- with his son. While their brewery is in a warehouse strip near the Melbourne airport and not contributing to Melbourne's urban renaissance, this ale does add to the list of very enjoyable beers that I've had... and that also adds to Melbourne's growing culinary reputation.
This Pale is an accurate rendition of the APA. Its 35 IBU is below my palate's hop-sensitive threshold. And Looks like a nice amber at 30 EBC. Smells give me citrus and other fruits, then some sweet malt. Tastes come in a dry to balance the malt sweet, but then get a little too dry for me in the after-taste.
Give this pale a whirl if you find it.
