Aged 10 month in Four Roses Bourbon Barrels to produce this robust, special edition Bircus Beer for our 4th Anniversary. This malt forward Wee Heavy showcases caramel and toffee sweetness, delicately balanced with mild bitterness to allow the malt and alcohol character to shine through and warm your bones.

Deep amber color with a thin foam layer.
Aroma has a bold bourbon presence along with notes of toffee and plum.
Taste is very heavy on the bourbon with a strange wood character.
Very boozy and quite a bitterness in the finish.
