Enjoyed watching the NBA All Star Game in a tulip beer glass.

Fun Fact: This beer is from Cisco, Texas, which is near my hometown.

Look: This is a pale American Lager that is a shade darker than an off yellow shirt. This lager has a small head and isn't too lively.

Smell: Grainy hops and barley. It looks and feels light.

Taste: Bread with some fresh citrus notes. There is some hops presence, but it's not really enough to make a true difference.

Feel: Very crisp and light. Perhaps it's a bit too light. I admit I'm not the biggest American Lager fan, but this feels way too light.

Overall: I really wanted to like this and bought it because of my local collection. Perhaps another Red Gap beer can satisfy me, but it's not for me.

Brewery notes:
A pale straw colored 100% American Lager. This crisp, clean, and exceptionally clear throw-back lager might inspire yard work, sitting by the pool, or an evening of telling tales about the "way things used to be."
