Love City Brewing Co. "Lime City Lager"
12 fl. oz. can "CANNED ON 033023134442". Sampled on 7 October 2023.
$2.33 @ ACME #2762, Philadelphia, PA
Notes via stream of consciousness: The label states that this is made with lime and sea salt. It's a hazy straw gold in color beneath a fluffy head of bright white foam. The aroma suggests some acidity and lime but it's not completely clear or bright lime. The flavor, however, is clearly lime. The salt is present as well and it's nicely balanced with a moderate bitterness. This is a fairly light beer at 4% ABV so not a lot of bitterness is needed to begin with, and on that note it's medium-light in body and gently crisp in the mouth. It's a nice, easy drinking, and refreshing beer.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
