ENDLESS SKY
Grisette • 4.0% ABV • 16oz Draft • $7
This was made in collaboration with our friends at Troubles End
Brewing and Seamless Flooring Systems. Brewed with Pilsner, Rye, and
Spelt malt from Rabbit Hill Farms in New Jersey, a favorite Saison yeast,
and Elani and Saphir hops from Yakima Quality Hops. Endless Sky has
notes of pumpernickel bread, sun-drenched fields, a fruity, floral hop
presence, and a snappy zing.

Love City Brewing Co. "Endless Sky"
$7 / pint on tap at the brewery on 23 May 2026
Look: A slightly hazy light straw-gold body is capped by a finger's width of white foam that holds well and leaves some decent lacing behind on the glass.
Smell: Grainy with a lightly fruity aroma that suggests both orchard fruits and tropical fruits.
Taste: The malt is grainy and cereal-like. It's delicate but somehow complex. The fruitiness is delicate as well with notes of nectarine, guava, and soft citrus. It's also a touch grassy, spicy, and even distantly woody. It's moderately bitter but still well-balanced and dry in the finish.
Feel: Light bodied on the fuller side and crisp with a fine-bubbled carbonation.
Overall: While light in body and aroma there's still a whole lot of flavor going on, and that holds your interest making it almost compellingly drinkable. Superb.
